Shop 101 — wrong item delivered and not returning now

My order id is [protected]. Recently i purchased a shirt from online site"shop 101.com"...2 days back i got the item.. To my shock it is completely different from what was shown in the picture.. I want to return it.. I contacted the site on the email that they had provided on the site.. They aren't ready to take the responsibility of the return and refund.. They are saying that contact seller.. I tried contacting the seller but the contact no that is mentioned is invalid.. Also they don't reply to emails... I have been cheated... I want my refund back and they are not even replying.
Plz help me out.. I am also attaching the images of what i ordered and what i received.. Plz help me out..

I had ordered slippers on shop 101 after 1 week that called us and told that order as been canceled ad amount Wil be refunded but its been 1 month they dint refund no responce fm there side, plz help me in solving this problem plz, every one should know hw these shop 101 is cheating on customers

Wrong shoes has been delivered by the salesman in the reputated company's (NIKE) shoe box and after that the site hasn't opened and he blocked our number also.
