I purchased a new magic mop from shop CJ and it was delivered me on 29/01/2016 which was in defective condition than according to the terms and conditions of shop cj I registered my complaint for return the product within 48 hours of delivery without using the product.
The Shop CJ executive said me that when the pick up will complete than you will get your refund within 7 days and the product was picked up approx 1 month (26/02/2016) later of my complaint than I got a call from SHOP CJ executive regarding my refund and executive said that your amount will be refund through NEFT before 10/03/2016 but still the amount is not refunded to me.
Than I contacted again to the SHOP CJ on 11/03/2016 and the executive said me that we are registering your complaint and you will get call from SHOP CJ executive within 24 hours but I didn''t got any call from SHOP CJ till yet.
And they are not give any responses to me of any call and email.
So I am requesting to consumer helpline to help me in getting my refund amount with compensation because the Shop CJ is not following their own terms and conditions and I have all the call recordings in which I talked to SHOP CJ executive regarding my complaint.
