I had booked Electrolux G20 microwave oven at Shop cj on 12th June 2015. Product received on 21st June through Tanvi express courier. While I opened the container box I found the product was damaged. It's right side was converted to curved shape. It's door was locked, not opening. At first I contacted the manufacturer Electrolux. They promised me to send their technician within 24 hrs. After that I phoned to Shop cj same day the product received. Their representative told me to contact Electrolux. I had already contacted them. After 4 day's their tecnician reach my house. But looking at the damaged condition he denied to provide any service. He advise me to contact Shop cj for replacement. Then after I contacted Shop cj several times. But no proper answer from them. Last week they said we are replacing the item. But till date no replacement was made. After that, no call from Shop cj regarding replacement.
