Sir I had booked a pack of 3 shoes 1 sandel 1 scarf and one sunglass .My order no [protected] They delivered me packet well in time.. but when open the pack we found the main shoe Lotto which i opted for white coloured and size -7, they delivered me black colour and size -6 Despite my several phone calls talk to their officials and a mail dt 05/10/2015even from Day one informing about wrong items delivered Now they are not even responding to my calls Hope through your office the matter willbe resolve Regards A K Varma Mob.-[protected]

Sir The company has sent me massages that Order no 20150930072448 is cancelled.For anyservice call on 18605001860 This massages (5) times sent bY DZ SHOPCJ AT 12.48PM And prior to this just before i had received a call informing me that one person will contact you and will get back the wrongly delivered items against acknowledgement and at their HQ after verifying the items money would be deposited into a/c That all what they did Regards A K Varma mob 9839109212 Gurgaon
