Shop CJ — Money refund

I had ordered sparkel collection of bedsheet of 2599 ₹on 7th june due to defect i jad returned it on 12th of june. I have been complaing seen 12th of june bt till today that is 31st of aug. they havent refund my money jst givng me excuse all the time . They never called me up als it has been always me who is wasting my money on call...
