Shop CJ Network — 12 pieces stainless steel and non stick cookware set

I have ordered cookware set on 11/08/2018 but the product wasn't the same as shown and one piece was missing so i returned it on 25/08/2018. From that time always they are telling that it will be refunded within 2-3 working days but till now i have not received my amount. From my end everything details i have provided for refund is correct. They are not refunding. What to do. I'm very tensed i can't let my hard earned money go in vain. Plz help in getting my refund asap. I will b grateful to u for this. And if it's not refunded i wil definitely take some major step to get back my hard earned money.
