Shop CJ Network — abusive language used from shop cj | |||
We have placed an order with Shop CJ on 5th Apr and after 1 hour we have cancelled the order and this order was placed on COD. On 6th April, we received a call from a person who mobile number is [protected] and he used abusive language as we have cancelled the order? I spoke to Shop CJ customer care and they told me that this number does not belongs to any of their employees, so does it mean that Shop CJ has shared our contact details with 3rd Party? If it is so then it is indeed a security concerned which the company is breeching? We want Shop CJ to identify the person and take a legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
