[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — complaint regarding cash back for tops | |
I had ordered for a set of tops and got highly defective products it's more that 50 days i am regularly taking feedback on calls. I have wasted more money than the actual cost of tops on making calls but there is no proper response from their side i haven't got my money back and the mental torture that i am getting is unbearable pls resolve the issue as soon as possible and revert back to customer. I have not recieved any apology from thier side except false commitments of resolving it pls do the needful as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered one mixer juicer grinder of singer by looking on TV and Shop cj have delivered one damaged item. This is the first time I'm purchasing from shop cj and they have done this. Please be polite and exchange the item as soon as possible. I got the delivery yesterday.
