Dear team, I have purchased a mobile 07.07.2016 thru shop cj bill no.[protected] delivered against docket no. [protected] but the touch screen is not working from day one, however i contacted customer care several times for returning the mobile but only false statement will be given stating person will come for collection till now no body as come.
