[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — did not refund my money

I order some kurtis from shop cj but the product was of low quality so i returned it they assured me my money will be refunded

its been 1.5 months i am calling them the say you will get call back from refund department but still no call nothing

its totally a fraud
please help me resolve this

The product I received yesterday is a damaged one. It's not working and I want you people to replace the product as soon as possible. I have ordered one mixer juicer grinder of SINGER by looking on TV and and ordered that on a call. Please replace the item.
