I booked an order [protected], it shown on tv that it could be returned within 48 hours of delivery, as soon as received the product i found it of very bad quality, i immediately raised a complaint, a complaint executive called and responded very rudely k, aapka product waps nhi kar skate,... Return policy to local shop wale b dete hai, ye to phr b online hai. The lady was so rude.

She disconnected the call and dropped a message k my complaint is resolved.

How can u resolve a complaint without customer confirmation.

Such a bad service, i want to return the product as i cant keep the garbage.

Updated by shikha1234 I had made an order on 7th september, my order no is [protected] Received product quality totally diffrent from product shown on tv, i have file complaint no of times on your toll free no [protected] your executive dont provide any response on my complaint. I hsve received blank call from your side its mean your team totally wastage my time. Please take your oroduct back snd refund my money.
