Shop CJ Network — Fake order placed without my consent | |||||
I have called customer care for only returning the jewellery bought few days ago as the product is not in good condition. After speaking to the customer executive, recieved message (Sms) for taking back the product (Return order no:[protected]). The courier boy has taken the product. After that i got a new message from shopcj as i have ordered new product for amount 659 rupees which i have not done it. The new order number is[protected]. When i checked with customer executive (Murali), he said "i have wrongly placed the order and now the order is cancelled"however i have not got any cancellation message to my mobile. Also in the sjopcj website, when i tried to track the order number, it is showing the status as "payment complete". Please look into the new order number[protected] which need to be cancelled as i have not placed any new order. Also request confirmation of cancellation message to my mobile.
