[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Farrell pomace olive oil 10 litres | |||||
I had ordered the above mentioned product( qty-2) on 19th October 2016 at 17.15 hrs on two different locations both prepaid orders paid via redeeming Shop CJ points. Order ID- [protected]- 2490 Shop CJ Points- 1990 points spent after using discount coupon Order ID- [protected]- 2490 Shop CJ Points- 2290 points used after redeeming discount coupon The delivery was scheduled within 5-6 working days from the date of order. I have been trying to connect Shop CJ - [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]. Everytime I called I have been asked to wait for 24-48 hrs but there is no reply as such. Past one week I have been told that my order is not being delivered since there is a CURRENCY EXCHANGE ISSUE. The current exchange issue has been started from 8TH NOVEMBER 2016 whereas I had placed the order on 19TH OCTOBER 2016 THAT TOO VIA SHOP CJ POINTS- (PREPAID ORDER). Kindly accept my complaint and take the necessary action and compensate me for my loss of time and the payment made but no service awailed Was this information helpful? | |||||
