I have purchased this product on 21st of may and the product delivered was damaged. So i raised a request to change this product and shopcj sent a new product with replacement but again i received a damaged product. So finally i requested to return the product with money back to my account. I have called 4-5 times to their customer care since 5 june. But everytime they told me that someone pick this product very soon and no one is coming from last 3 weeks.

Updated by Varinder Puri I already told you on our dicusion call, i want my refund in my bacnk account i don't need it in my shoo cj account. Then why you doing credit in my shop cj account. While we do shopping from Shop cj you said we will refund you within 2-3 days, is it your service ??
