[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Horrible service by Star CJ | |||||
I ordered a olive oil – Order no. - [protected] I placed order on 25th January 2017 and that was a prepaid order and till now I haven’t received my order and whenever I’m calling your customer care number, the only thing I’m getting to hear is “Mam we are raising an complaint for your order and you will receive an call back from our team” but nobody calls, till now I haven’t received a single call from your end. I was provided with a docket number also i.e.,[protected]gati – courier service) but when I’m entering this docket number, I’m getting Invalid/Data not found. It is been 16 days now and no update on the order. I asked them to cancel this order, they are not ready to cancel it also. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
