I had order super clean mop - purple // invoice no zyne/17-18/90360 // order no: [protected] in 27/01/2018. And i received the product. But it was totally different which was show in picture.
1st thing it was color different. I had order purple color but received green color.
2nd thing mop stick is too short, in your pics showing 2 long sticks, but i was received only 1 stick.
It is showed totally different stick and defective.
We complaint this on same day to customer care. They said that mop is come same waive. You will return your mop and will refund your money back.
Then from there side it is return on 06/02/2018 but till date after follow up they will send me coupon code on my mobile without any intimation. I again called him back and told him to, i don't want coupon code. I need only money back. Every time they give me excuse, we had technical issued our ibr system was not working, same way called tomorrow...
After sever time i called, then they took my account no. And told me, we will do the refund to your next 4-5 working day's. Still i'm calling him, same answer received.
All customer care person, setting there for making fool-listed to client.. They are holding call for 4-5 hrs.
It was very ridiculous... It is almost 1 month past.
Second thing they will sending me only product amount. Not my divlivary charges. But it was problem from shop cj side only..
I need full refund of my product, that is 1200/-.
