Shop CJ Network — Missing of items | |||
Hi, We have ordered 10 bed sheets on 17th of august. (order no [protected]). we received the goods on august 29th. but we have received only 9 bed sheets and nothing of the design that are mentioned while marketing the product on their dish channel. We registered a complaint on aug 29. they said within two days our complaint team will call back us, but they have not called me. again we called them on sep 1, the senior officer told that a person from cj will come and collect your good within three days. but still now they have not come. i purchased two different items before in cj shop that were good. but this one is not like that. we are totally disappointed. The cj is behaving strangely. i have called at least 10 times for raising a complaint against the product. but neither they are taking a complaint nor they are co-operating in any way. every time they are saying that some one from the return team will call you within 24 hours. but no one called us. Can you please help us in anyway. i do not want any refund from you. we kindly request you to get back the bedsheets from us. we will order android tab or any item worth of rs. 3000 which we paid for bedsheet.
