I got package (defective) on 5 augest 2016. i request to exchange it, call center told me to refund complete package. On 8 augest 2016 i got new delivery. i refunded all items, Kept new delivery package. but one product is missing in new package. i complained but not reveived yet missing product. now call center dose not respond me well, Missing item — 5 in 1 beauty care massager Delivery 1 — 5 aug 2016 (5 items in it) Delivery 2 — 8 aug 2016 (4 items in it)//4 th is misssing Was this information helpful? | |||||
