Shop CJ Network — My complaint is about picasso non-stick cookware combo ordered on shop cj | |||||
I have ordered a combo of five pieces not-stick cookware on 22nd june 2016. The day when it was delivered to me, i used non-stick tawa and it turned black from its original colour blue and also its handle got loosed as it is about to break and there are also two pressure cookers included in this combo of which one is mentioned on tv as 5litre and another as 3litre but i recieved wrong sizes 4litre and 2litre respectively. I have registered complaints many times since the day i ordered these products and once my complaint was looked and the pressure cookers were exchanged by shop cj but then also i recieved that wrong size again. I have been calling customer care of shop cj since the day of recieving order till today but i am not getting any solution. Thay only ask for time of 48hours to resolve my complaint and don't provide any solution. I just want to ask shop cj that why are they advertising to chose any colour of our choice in non-stick if eventually it will turn black like the tawa which i ordered of blue colour, they always say that they resolve every issue related to their products but it seems they don't care about customer complaints. There are as many as 1100 complaints posted on this website which i can see, why all these problems are happening with shop cj customers? Who will look into this matter and whom should i complaint to get my issue resolved? Was this information helpful? | |||||
