Shop CJ Network — no product return policy - very bad / worst

My name hemnat kumbhar, purchase the wonderchef5 in 1 nutribland19th feb 2019.
Order id - [protected].
As it was shown on tv, product seems to be small in size and not as expected.

So i called call centre, they said that shop cj has return policy. Means they will not take electronic product return.

This is rediculus, as all other company in market take the product back if it doesnt make up the customer expectation.

They shoud take the product back and refund teh money.
