[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — No refund against defective product | |||||
I had purchased 6 leggings of Rs 1049 from www.shopcj.com vide order no.[protected] in January 2016. I registered complaint on 15Jan for refund. On 24 Jan i was assured over phone that parcel will be picked within 5-6 working days. Neither the company representative came to pick nor they responded my query till date despite several calls made to customer care. Mar 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I am very thankful to this portal for forwarding my complaint. shop cj customer care head called me up and resolved this issue within 10-15 working days. He kept me updating at every step and finally I got my refund. I am very happy the way they resolved this issue. SHOP CJ Network customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I recently buy a mobile from shopcj. And i face alot of problems like mobile
Gone hang during playing any app, it creates disturbing sound while on a call, another person on call does not hear voice clearly. I compaint about it. But there is no response from shopcj. So i request to give me refund.
