I ordered a beauty mirakles facial kit on 5 july (Order no. [protected]) and posted a complaint on 22 august 2016 on customer care and mr. hassan, executive of shop cj reported me for that and said that refund will be provided by 29 august but it didnt worked. i waited and waited. again on 2 september they took my account details and it will be refunded by 5 september but till date my money has not been refunded. all your executives- ashwin, shreya . inderjit, sagar and many others assured me many times for my refund, took my bank details many times but sorry your whole shop cj team is useless !!! shame on you !!! shame on whole cj team !!!
