On 7.4.2016, i have seen an advertisement in tv that there were an offer going on of 3 free individual mobile lens along with mobile make intex cloud 3g gem android, accordingly myself make a call to displayed contact number and talk to your representative about free confirm gift and after got the confirmation about free lens from your representative, i have booked the same vied order no [protected] on cod basis. But when i received the packet yesterday on 10.4.2016 vied invoice no[protected] i have not find any such lens along with the mobile. Then i have make a call to your contact query [protected] and put complaint about the fact. During our telephonic discussion your representative informed that there were no such offer included in my order. I was little surprised and told him that i wants to back the mobile because its simply a fraud case which is not acceptable neither expected from such an organisation.
Now i would like to inform you that i want to return the mobile as you are not fulfill your commitment. So please take a action either to provide my free gift or else inform what is the procedure to return back the mobile.
