Shop CJ Network — not getting refund amount of 2198/- | |
In july 2017, I ordered one Maharaja Mixer. It was found broken when delivered to me. I returned back the product but I did not get any refund. My order no. was "[protected]". I was told by Shop Cj that product can be purchased within one year equal to 2198/-. Now I purchased dinner set of 2600/- & delivery boy is not ready to take difference amount for the product. While enquiring on Shop Cj regarding my order no. " [protected]", customer care is telling order number is wrong. What to do now? Need help. Was this information helpful? | |
