[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — not giving cash refund asking for points

Respected sir i have purchased 10 leggings combo packs on shopcj that's order num - is [protected], your parcel come but leggings size not perfect that's reason i exchange it but after exchange size are same,, and they send only 9 leggings,,, so i call your customers care for queries,, i told him i want to return your product,,, and what is process of cash refund,, they saying you not getting cash refund you getting only point's, for shop,, but i want my cash back,, so plz take action on it.

I placed an order of dinner set on 26 October, it came very late And the curry bowls are very light weighted . I complained about the light weight of the curry bowls and request them to take it away but they refuse me by saying that it is not a valid reason to return the product.
