Ordered an ilo vacuum cleaner with bags on 23rd November 2017and the payment was given advance when the order was placed .But when one month passed i didn't get the ordered thing so i cancelled the order.now three months had passed but no refund credit in my bank account my registered mobile no is [protected].my another contact no is [protected]. I contacted many times to return money but no response .I also registered Complaint, no is [protected].i am really disappointed kindly do in my favour .
