Dear Sir, I have ordered Serving set (stainless steel) 10 pices a/with free gift of additional 10 pieces (20 pcs) vide order No.[protected] on 26/03/2017. Today i.e. On 30/03/2017 around 1700 hrs lt, I have received a parcel from yr delivery boy and found that only 10 pieces of serving set was inside the parcel. I have not received the free gift of 10 additional pieces of serving set as per your promise. you are requested to please look into the matter and do the needfull. Awaiting your response.
