[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Order number [protected] | |||
The received product is damaged and return request logged multiple times on shop cj customer care but no action taken till now . I have called on [protected] many times but each time i get the status as please wait for next 15 days, product will be picked up from home and then refund process will start .I have been waiting since almost 1.5 month .nothing is happening, I want refund for the product.
