[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — poor quality material supplied | |||||
I purchased a product from the star cj website (Order no:[protected]. This product was described to be of a different and much superior quality on the website, while what was delivered was a poor, sub standard product and its material was completely different from what was mentioned on the website. Despite following up repeatedly for a refund my complaint wasn't addressed, despite the fact that my claims were correct. Please look in to the matter urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||
