[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Product cancelled, payment not reversed | |||||
I didn't got order on tym hence cancelled the order on 30th july after continuous follow up and was promised that the payment will be reversed in 7 working days payment didn't reversed after 10 working days also, called customer care 15 times but no feedback and revert received, just requested to send me a order cancellation mail so that i can ask my bank to look into the payment, but shop cj customer care is pathetic and not ready to help in any way, whenever i call they have there standard revert we are taking complaint and u will get the call from our end but till date no call received and neither forwarding the call to senior in-charge..
