Sir, I had purchased the said order on your esteemed company side. By this time I was expecting the delivery of said product. But, unfortunately, I regretfully put on record that so far I had not received the product due to which I got disappointed with you and my enjoyments are hampered. I could not understand why you are taking so much time for delivery, on the contrary other online companies are delivering the products within 3-4 days which gives lot of enjoyments O's purchases.
