Shop CJ Network — Refund not yet received against order no.[protected]

Dear concern:
We have purchased a set of diamond lottery by glowria from your sight .the order number was [protected].but due to some reasons we had to return it.this was returned on 26th of july.but very sorry to say that we have not recieved any refund of the same till now.when i talked with your custemer care representative...she explained that refund is issued...it is my worst experience of shopping with shopcj ...we have already given our bank details...it is our request kindly solve our problem as soon as possible...otherwise we will have to take a legal action...we are having return slip with us...
