[Resolved]  Shop CJ Network — refunding of amount

Dear sir, i was ordered two carpet on 21 aug 2017 vide order no [protected] but when i received the same was not matched the deaired quality. So, i was returned the same. And i have received 948 pts. Now i want to redeem the same. I was also call your customer care exacative earlier and they were said will call me within three days. But no call has been received tii date. So please help me
