[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Replacement of spice phone purchased from shop cj

I purchased a spice smartphone on monday dated 13 december 2016. The phone had certainly some problems with the primary camera and on the screen. As i was asked by your department to contact the spice service centre. I did the same. They gave me a DOA CERTIFICATE to replace the handset which when i contacted your department asked me to mail. So i have mailed you attaching the DOA Certificate made by the spice service centre to
replace the spice x life phone purchased from shop cj.
Also the bill is attached in the mail of the purchase.
Your department told that you will be contacting in 24 hrs but still no one haa contacted...

The company responded in 24 hkurs of complaining about the product and send me another piece which Is perfect from every angle. Really very good service. Thanks for replacing the product

Company send me shoes of no 9 size instead of no 7 size shoes .. I have forward a complaint that you have send me wrong size shoes they told me that your order will be exchanged within 5-7 days but Till today they have not exchanged my shoes .. Fraud and Fake ShopCJ company ..
