Shop CJ Network — Returning a product

I want to return one product ordered from shopcj online website which was delivered to me on 13th aug. On the next day i requested for return but till date nobody came for pickup and till the product does not reach the seller i am not able to get the refund.
I contacted their customer care n-number of times, but all the time they gave the assurance that the pickup will be done within 2-3 days, but till date nobody turned up. My order number is [protected].

Please help me for returning the product and get the return.
