[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — shop cj network status of my orders | |||
I ordered Ethnic Basket Multicolor Digital Print Crepe Kurti (Pack of 3) on 5th sept 2017 and made payment thru my debit card. I was supposed get my parcel by 6working days but I have not received yet. I called SHOP CJ customer service dept more than 20 times but am not getting proper response. They say they have escalated and I will get my parcel by 20th of sept 2017 but I have not got my parcel not my money. Customer Reps are so disgusting they disconnect my calls saying call after one hour. They say I will get call back but till today I got 2 calls from shop cj and they said that will check. I don’t know what they will check. I called Xpress Bees to track my order but they said they have not received any parcel and asked me to contact SHOP CJ. Can someone check on these and update me? I want my money back. Trust me I will never ever shop from shop cj. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered jeggings of free size but delivered very less size...it is totally different from the website pictures plz collect ur product and return my money...very bad experience with shop cj...ads nd products have lot of difference...plz take ur product nd refund my money
