Mplaint category: others Claim amount (approx.): 1048 My complaint description: I ordered 4 pcs jeggings set, my order number is [protected] and got it delivered on 4th of november 2016 the size and the product quality is worst and not fitting properly.. so i called customer care and asked for return procedure and wanted a refund, the representative said it will be returned and complete amount will be refunded in 7to 10 days its been more than10 days now there is no response from shop cj and i called customer care 3-4 times every time they promise a call back in 48 hrs but till today no one has called i need my money refunded rs.1048 (approx) asap. i am very disappointed with the product and customer service from shop cj.
