I had ordered a 4 burner cooktop from prestige which also offered free gifts(8 pieces non stick cookware+schefields slicer+Joyo's 5 piece serve set). this order was placed on 20/8/15 with order no. [protected] and the order was delivered on 21/8/15 however on opening the box it was found that the main product, the 4 burner cook top was missing.
i immediately called the customer service and the service was pathetic, nobody was able to understand my grievance. i spoke to Mr. Rakesh and his so called team manager Sudhir, both were bunch of incompetent people. they raised a complaint but when i called back i got to know that they had raised incorrect complaint for missing of free gifts. this is ridiculous and not acceptable. then i again spoke to Mr. Mohd, who raised the correct complaint but I havent got any call from the complaint team so far. i have paid approx Rs 6300/- +shipping of Rs 100/- and i havent rcvd the product yet.
i have been calling shop CJ every day but no one is helping me. there is no email id provided for grievance redressal for Shop CJ.
i need an immediate resolution, i dont need refund, i need my product ASAP.
