Shop CJ — Received defective product & no complaining no action is taken

Sir i purchased VLCC along with the massager with order number [protected] when it is delivered, Massager is defective and not working. I made many call to shopcj custumer care but they are replying back with new reason always.Its been around a month bt i haven't got any solution to my problem
