Shop CJ — Regarding refund not received

I have ordered i ball andi enigma+ of order no. [protected] dt. 06/04/2015, i received it but i found many problem in the phone then i return it to shop cj on dt. 12/05/2015 and after return their representative person told me that within 10 or 15 days you would got your refund but till date no refund i get. I have complaint many time, many time e-mail also i send. Doa letter, invoice copy also send in e mail on shop cj id.
