[Resolved] Shop CJ — Wrong product delivered and after that no response for return or replace or refund | |||
This is Sanjay Das. I had ordered a TAB on 10th of November 2015 for the first time of ₹4068. Order number is [protected]. But when I checked the parcel after received of the courier it was found that it is a VLCC Cosmetics products which costs ₹800. After that I have made several calls to SHOPCJ. But there is no response from their side whether I'll get refund or get the product replaced.
