Shop clues delivered wrong product for Order ID 71035630 and low quality product for Order ID 71032749.
When I launched Return request, Shopclues asked me send back the products at their warehouse located at palem vihar, new Delhi.
I sent the items by DTDC courier with the following details,

Date of despatch:-31/10/2015

Date of despatch:-14/11/2015
But Clues network refused to accept the product.
after a lot of conversation (both telephonic and email) we came to a common agreement that shopclues will arrange a reverse pick up.
According to our last discussion for ticket number 5263317, we came to a common agreement that you were going to arrange a reverse pick up from the alternative address. Accordingly I traveled 200 kilometers to drop those items to the alternative address. After I did everything from my end when it was your turn to arrange a reverse pick up, you just assigned a new ticket number for the return request and asking me to resend the item.
