I have placed an order for a tablet vizio vz 706 talk but i was delivered some other modle of vizio without talk and also defective piece in june 2015 i raised return request on 29 th june and by delaying tacticts i was asked to return the product in august and i return the defective and wrong product delivered to me on 14aug 2015 but till date my money of rs 3699 is blocked neither i have received genuine product which i ordered nor any refund has been given to me please advise me what step i have to take now
