I had ordered a carrier 1.5 ton superia ac paying Rs 40390 on the website on 2nd April 2015.The amount was debited from my account promptly and since the location was in Kerala I applied the pincode where they showed delivery is possible.
On 3rd April I get the message against the order Order on Hold-Verifying Courier Serviceabilty.I thought they are verifying alternative means to deliver the material but when I called up their customer care I was told that they will not be able to deliver and a refund will be initiated that too within 72 hours and the payment will be credited to my account in another 7-10 days.
After paying the amount on 2nd April were they sleeping till 9th April when I called up to find out the status of my order
This attitude of shopclues.com compels me to believe that their intention is to take customers money and hold it for a month as they enjoy interest free funds.
What is surprising is that despise their disability to service the order the same message is shown on the screen for one week as verifying courier serviceability.
I would request the refund to be done in the next 72 hours and not in the next 15 days
