[Resolved]  Shop Clues — non refund of rs 6500/-on cancelled order[protected] by shopclues

Please see my order[protected]placed order for 5 door metalic slim shoe rack on payment of rs6500/-on 11th august 2017-you have informed me on 21st september 2017 that you have cancelled my order, and initiated for refund of rs6500/-on 21st septenmber2017, after lapse of more than a month.
But i have not received my money rs6500/-back from you so far as on date, nearly 2 months after i paid to your goodself on 11th august 2017. Causing undue hardship and agony to me for no fault of mine.
For which i am constrained to initiate legal action in the appropriate court of law.

I was the call to courier person for update my order then one lady was talked to me in wrong way like I am not employed of shopclues and you could break relationship with shopclues I don't have any problem

As I bought an item and now I need to replace it but I have send return request but I cancelled the return request nd I don know how to replace again. Kindly reply me as soon as possible. And I called customer care also but no response... Need response soon.
