Shop Clues — order checkout incomplete after payment

my order no is 55239891 but it is showing checkout incomplete, purchase which i had taken on 5th june 2015.i also have a message of deduction of my money at shopclue mumbai as well as a confirmation by citrus pay email in wich written of merchant order no 55239891.but yet it is not shipped.
