Shop Clues — order not delivered

Shop-Clues & E-parcel India Express Company: I have ordered Strontium 8GB MicroSD Memory Card 19 May 2015, 10:21 AM (Paid order) (Order no[protected] and it’s already been more then 1 month, that I am following up for the product, but I haven't yet received it. I am following up everyday and I am getting everyday same answer that wait for 48 hours and you will get resolution but nothing happened till now. When I am checking order status online, last status was dispatched and till now status is not updated. i had given a lot of complaints to them. then after they informed me on date[protected] via E-mail, your order delivered successfully, and gave me the name of Courier company and tracking Id. When I approach the courier company #e-parcel India Express company their Representative Miss Sonia inform me, your order delivered by courier company at your address successfully and Tracking number is EP2345236, when I try to find this tracking id to courier company web site, I have not seen any detail regarding this id. After that when i demand to provide me POD against (Tracking number EP2345236), she reply me on date 25/06/205 "Provide you shortly." and I still waiting. But no hope, they not response to me. And I also inform to both company, I had proof because of my delivering address (Office) is under CCTV Surveillance and also keep the record to all visitor by Guard, Shop-clues.com and his courier company "e-parcel India Express Company" both company customer care service is very worst. and never advised to anyone to go with shopclues.
