Hi, I ordered two items in shop clues September 11th 2015 and actual delivery date is September 17th and today is September 25th, but still now i didnt get the product. I sendout more than 20 emails and didnt get any updates on the issue. I called customer cares and talked with them 3 times and they are not able to solve the issues. I asked them to process refund for the product which they are not able delivery it until now. but they are not able to do it... shop clues clearly cheating customers..
