[Resolved]  Shop Clues — Wrong item delivered

Order Number: 11139943 i have place the order on FEB 13, i got the wrong product on FEB 18 i have ordered 77mm Osaka Filter 5 quantity, but the item which i got is different, so i called shop clues and told them to replace the product, i even sent them the pics of the item which i received, untill FEB 27, i have conatcted them almost 20-30 times, simply i am wasting my mobile balance, thier customer support executives, just say excuses and make me wait for few days, i waited till FEB 27, there was not reply from these shop clues people, so i am raising the complaint, i am uploading the screen shot of the product which i ordered & also the screen shot of the product which i received
