This complaint is regarding to the books delivery, which was booked on 24th March vide the online site www.shopforschool.in
B2CO413692, this is the order number which is notified via online site. The order shown was dispatched on 28/Mar/2022 | 06:35 PM from their warehouse via Shree Maruti-B2C courier and tracking details shown as AWB:[protected].
Whereas on checking online at shree maruti courier, that shown no booking information under the website however the travelling information says inscan and outscan dated 31st March.
Can you please suggest the process to get the resolve with this issue. School has already started the new study session but books and stationery not yet being delivered, and no service reliable response being updated.
You know that no learnings can be carried out without the physical books availability and therefore small kids not only loss of learning but also the home work too. Was this information helpful? |
